Celebrity justice?????

According to reports, Mischa Fartone does not want to serve jail time so she'll plead no contest to drunk driving at her arraignment Thursday. She's also going to agree to serve a three-year unsupervised probation term.

An insider also reveals that Mushy will be sentenced to a three-month alcohol-education class, and pay a fine of approximately $1,700. And, the marijuana possession charge against Mush Mush will supposedly be dropped, due to the small amount found.

This is Fartone's first offense and her sentencing is in keeping with that of first offenders.

Lucky break, Mush. Lucky break!

      I just saw her a few weeks ago with her boy toy at the Jonas Brothers concert I was at in New Jersey.

      This pisses me off when famous/rich people get special treatment.

      When she kills someone after she's had a snootful (power or liquid), what's she going to get - a lecture that you'd give a child for not eating their veggies?

      just to let you know…cause you probably don't….most cases plead out not may go to trial… and DUI's it is even more common b/c when you are arrested they take a blood sample which verifies you were intoxicated ..that fact compiled with the facts from the police officer is your conviction.
