she was filming a movie in my city and my family and bumped into her at the airport's executive lounge. she was oh so nice!! we had drinks, had a nice conversation, and took many pictures! and on the plane and after getting off the plane, she acknowledged us. she said 'bye' first! along with 'nice meeting you all' and hugs!

I went to the L.A. premiere of Leatherheads and there was a long line/big gathering of fans and Renee signed everything handed to her, from the beginning of the line to the end and it wasn't a warm L.A. night either. She was the sweetest thing. A real southern belle.
She filmed in our city of Winnipeg just a few months ago & could not have been nicer despite the cold. No diva attitude & went around the city like a regular person. It was a completely different story when JLo was here during the peak of Bennifer.
Nikki needs to grow the fuck up and stop being a butthurt whiner.
I don't know what all the hype about Renee is. I don't find her cute, funny or precocious. After the two Bridget movies I haven't seen her in anything worth watching a second time. She does usually have a pouty face and walks and stands with a 'look at me' attitude.
Thats so weird, I met her at the premiere for the movie in Maysville Ky (george's hometown) and Renee was nice as can be and talked to everyone, and made sure to try to talk and meet as many people she could. George was the asshole to people
From what I've heard, Renee is usually a very pleasant good ole gal with her fans. And let's face it, she needs to be. She has made some good movies, and been justly rewarded for her acting chops, but she has never been a real beauty in any sense of the word, and now that she has dieted herself down to pin-thin anorexia, she does NOT look healthy. Her last few films have been floperoos, and she has lost the teensy amount of beauty she may have possessed when she played Bridget Jones. I hope she was just having a moment - this is one person who is NOT looking good/healthy/pretty/on target acting chops-wise lately. Keep your fan base happy, Renee. You need them more than they need you!

I went to the Hollywood premiere of Leatherheads, and even tho Renee is FAR from my fave actresses, she seemed super nice in person. She came right up to the ppl in front of us to sign autographs and chat. But I do agree with the sucking on lemons part LOL

I met RZ while working for Sephora. She'd just come from the gym and was minding her own — until I said hello to her and explained a free gift she got with her purchase. She thanked me and said I was very sweet — was actually extremely polite! Maybe she was having a rough night / not always the best with crowds. But for someone who always looked so pouty and moody, I thought she was super nice!

When she was up in Selkirk, Manitoba Canada filming "Chilled in Miami", oneday she filmed right across the street from the high school. My son said she was very friendly. Our small town thought her and Harry Connick Jr with both a joy! They always had smiles, even when they had to film the parade scene at -57 below zero.
We all have bad days, but us regular folk don't have cameras following us around constantly.
I am CONVINCED that Renee Zellweger is head-over-heels, hopelessly in love with George Clooney. Some time ago there was a rumor that they were a couple, then quickly denied. Next thing she gets married to this HILLBILLY and she gets a divorce…then we hear she writes emails to Clooney that are 8-10 pages long and he gives her some movies for some milestone in her life (that, I am sorry, but all I could think was that maybe George picked them up from his dad from when dad hosted some old movies show). Then at the Oscars there goes Zellweger ALONE and passes Clooney and girlfriend, and Zellweger gives Clooney's girlfriend the "thumbs up." Pluh-eeeeze. Then she's holding pictures and signs about Clooney when she visited some morning show. GET OVER IT! Clooney probably feels SORRY for her, if anything. This is so obvious! I can't stand her, anyway, with that…face! There. I feel much better now.

Hmm, someone seems to have an axe to grind. I can tell you without a doubt that Renee is truly one of the nicest and sweetest people you will ever come across. I worked with her for nearly a year and couldn't have been happier about it. No one will go out of their way more for people and treat EVERYONE with such kindness. I don't the situation that lead your read to think this about her, but it has to be some reason other than rudeness. Just because someone didn't come to their side of the barricade, and that is a busy place around permiers, doesn't mean they are a bad person…….

This is not true at all. She worked all of the autograph lines save for one area across from where all the reporters were. She spent a lot of time signing tons of autographs and was very friendly with our group. I said her dress was beautiful and asked who was she wearing and she gave me a big smile and said "Thank you soo much for that. Thanks, it's Marchesa" Not sure what this person is talking about, she was lovely!
I too have heard she is really nice and down to earth. Like a previous poster stated she does not owe any fan her time/attention. And saying she is rude because she doesn't give you attention is just, well silly and immature. It is like throwing a tantrum. well I met her on the set of leatherheads in greenville, s.c. & she was really really friendly to me even though i practically ran over her when i walked into the bathroom. i thought she was super gracious.

Clooney always seems to have a smile on his face, and a quick friendly remark on the ready, but I'm thinking that yellow sign behind Reese's head is an omen about her career.
I met Renee in Charleston, SC, when they were filling scenes for Cold Mountain on the College of Charleston campus…she stood on a side street with me for about fifteen minutes, talking about the Bridget Jones sequel (this is before they even began filming!) and all sorts of stuff with me. Was so sweet! I finally worked up the nerve to ask her to take a picture with me, and she takes my hand and pulls me onto the set and throws her arms around my shoulders and takes the cutest shot with me. After about fifteen minutes, other people passing by began to recognize her (she had just cut her hair for Chicago, so you kinda had to do a doubletake to realize it was her) and she ducked out after signing some autographs. Later, when she came back to the set, she shouted out, "Hey Katie!" to me and waved. Needless to say, when I met her, she seemed like one of the nicest, sweetest, most down-to-earth people I've ever met, which is something you wouldn't expect from a big-name celeb. I'm thinking she was just having a lousy day…

So untrue!! I was at the premiere at Leicester Sq. last night as well. And René sure took her time to write autographs. At one point, she had to leave to do an interview or something, and then she came back to where she had left off and then continued to sign autographs for at least 20 minutes. Bear in mind, it was freeeezing cold, and René is super thin and was wearing a really skimpy dress. She did seem a little shy, but also super sweet.

Leatherheads was filmed in my town. Friends of mine ran into Renee at the laundry mat while she was here. They said she was a total bitch to them, too. She kept a hoodie up and wouldn't even look at anyone. But - in her defense - at least the girl isn't to diva to do her own laundry!

THIS IS SO NOT TRUE. I WAS AT THE PREMIERE and she was completely nice to us all. A handler came over and told her she had to go somwhere else and everyone was upset and she said she was sorry and would come back. WE thought she wasn't and she totally did, we even had a conversation with her, about her outfit and the yankees. George was also fabulous and a sweetheart. They were both super nice.
