Hobbit turned Lost star Dominic Monaghan and island show co-star Evangeline Lilly are a couple again, according to new reports.

They split up three months ago but "never stopped loving each other" according to an insider.

Awwww.

Omnia vincit amor!

"She remained in Hawaii for the show, and he moved back to L.A. when he was killed off, so the distance took its toll," says the insider. "They decided to take a break, but it was really hard on them both."

Frequent telephone calls and under the radar visits just reinforced to Evangeline and Dominic that they belonged together, explains the source. "It was as simple as that."

    while word order doesn't really matter in Latin, the verb generally goes at the end. It doesn't depend on context because translating "Omnia vincit amor" can only read "Love conquers everything" and not "Everything conquers love" since vincit is 3rd person singular, which would not agree with the plural subject omnia and amor is nominative, not accusative. So "Everything conquers love" would be "Omnia amorem vincunt".

    Totally happy to hear this. There are more to people than just their looks my friends and Dominic is a true kind, generous, intelligent being who I happen to think is both beautiful inside and out. I can absolutely see how Evangeline loves him. They both are strong environmentalists who have found kindred spirits in each other. This is happy news and I wish them the best!

    UMM HELLO? Omnia vincit amor means LOVE CONQUERS ALL. IN NO WAY can it mean All Conquers Love, because amor is a SUBJECT in the SINGULAR and vincit is a VERB in the SINGULAR, agreeing with amor and omnia is a PLURAL OBJECT. Don't you know that subjects must agree with verbs? Why don't you try opening a Beginner's Latin Grammar book before making such an ignorant comment.
