Though it's been a year since she left and she's already released her memoir a while ago, Rosie is STILL talking about The View.

      love her or hate her, she really is funny, sweet and honest. She reminds me of a mother (or grandma of sorts) who speaks her mind, is overweight, and can be somewhat embarassing at times, but in the end, you can't help but be proud of her…for all she's been thru and what she stands for.

      don't like rosie. thinks some of the things she says are outrageous, ill-informed and extremely irresponsible. BUT, I thought this was showed a great side of her. i feel bad that her kids can't watch american idol or use a computer for certain things. i think its AWESOME that they get the time, love and attention to do crafts and be with people that love them- BUT its seems slightly draconian and that she may have them in a michael jackson type cocoon that may not be healthy. moderation- in all things- seems to be healthiest. BUT- overall great side of rosie. good for elizabeth H. she may be young, but she is WISE enough to know- the best remedy is to keep negative and controlling people OUT of your life. nice now, control later.

      I actually like Rosie O'Donnell much of the time. She really cares about kids for one thing and she cares about women being able to speak their minds. But, in this day and age I think kids should have access to computers and other media. Yes, what they watch should be restricted and monitored and they should have limits to how long they can spend on both but in this day and age her kids will be really behind other kids in their computer skills. Five year olds today can out-do adults with their computer and internet savvy. What will happen when they get out in the real word and are not able to perform the various tasks and procedures that are online only? More and more there are certain things everyone has to do that are only possible to do online. But her kids will be creative and hopefully emotionally healthy.
