The new Queen of Fug!

It takes a concerted effort to look this bad, y'all.

Mushy Fartone meticulously put together this outfit to look as horridious as possible.

She did it on purpose! That's the only explanation, right????

The drunk-driving former TV actress was spotted pAArtying it up with recovering addict Lindsay Lohan at a local L.A. bar on Monday night.

We're sure those two were engaging in nice, clean, WHOLESOME fun.
