He's guilty! And he knows it!
Paris's little brother, Barron Hilton, was arrested fin February or suspicion of drunk driving at the age of 18. He was also in possession of a fake ID during the incident.
Why ever would he need a fake ID for? Could it be to drink?????
Now, Barron has plead no contest to driving under the influence.
Barron was not required to attend the hearing this morning in Malibu court. So he didn't. Instead, his attorney entered the plea on his behalf.
The Hiltons' attorney must be living rich!
Barron will be placed on probation for three years. He'll also be required to visit an LA county morgue. Perhaps to realize the possible effects of drunk driving?
Aside from that, he'll have to attend a lecture given by Mothers Against Drunk Drivers (MADD). And, to make it even better, he'll also lose his driving privileges for one year since he was under the age of 21 when he got arrested.
We better not see him driving around for the next 12 months! He would be stoopid enough to do that!

and i have recently teamed up with MADD and am putting on a concert next month where part of the profits go to MADD.
I really hope that this kid learns from his actions and really takes into consideration the lives of others and his family.
I think that taking someone to a morgue is a great thing, cause they can see what they will look like if thats where they end up from their own stupidy.

He loses his license for 12 months only because he's under 21? Can you imagine if everyone lost their license for 12 months if they had a DUI. Maybe it should be that way. Why the age limit? Is is because people over 21 are somehow more important, can't possibly live without driving for 12 months? I think 12 months without a license would send a strong message to anyone who drinks & drives, no just those under 21.

Re: hmm – i didn't get convicted of dui (i blew a .1 (which was legal at the time)) but i lost my license for a month. the problem is not being able to keep tabs on these people; there are so many people out there driving w suspended licenses.

I'm and in my early 30's with ONE dui, and let me tell you, that I was far more punished than this douche bag… jail time, treatment for 6 months (or I wouldn't get my license back), loss of license for 6 months, mandatory aa / na meetings. WTF is up with this kid skating by… and I stress KID. He isn't even old enough to drink and he gets a slap on the hand? I think the punishment for underage (especially driving drunk) drinking should have substantial punishments… scare them enough when they're young so they may possibly learn a lesson!

The most amazing thing of all is that many generations of conservative Hiltons built the Hilton hotel empire and, all of a sudden, Rick and Kathy have decided to break with the family values that got their ancestors to the top. I guess people do, indeed, become more lax with comfort.
Who fucking cares? I've had a fake ID since I was 14 years old. I had a DUI when on my 18th birthday and spent 12 hours in jail. It's something that a lot of people go through, it's not uncommon. Post something worth while, Perez.
This is such bullshit. My dad got a DUI, which was later reduced to a charge of reckless driving, after having two beers and following his friend home. His friend was pulled over, and my dad stopped as well to make sure everything was going to be okay. My dad said that he had only had a few, and was just following his friend home, and the cops arrested my dad, too, but they eventually reduced the charge. Due to this ONE incident, my father, a 48 year old man, lost his license for TWO YEARS. He had never had so much as a speeding ticket before. And this little shit gets a DUI while underage, and loses his license for a measly year? I fucking hate how celebrities get special treatment…or in his case, being the brother of a celebrity.
It sucks that even you Perez have to keep up with the Jones' and print bs about these racists, spoiled ass kids who have no clue. They would probably hire YOU to clean their toilets

Thats bull shit! My friend got a dui and he's 24 effin years old and he has to pay 2000$ for the ticket, he lost his licence for a year has to do comunity service, pay for the sign and road crew that fixed it, and enroll in a VODD class. All of which totals up to almost 3500$. and he showed up for his court date. I dont condone drunk driving but shit, its sickening how the ritch get away with this stuff and cuz mommy and daddy bail them out every time and the judge is soft on them they never learn, I cant wait untill one of the hiltons kill someone and mommy and daddy cant bail them out and they end up in prision married to an inmate named bubba.
