      Why don't you back off her. She IS pregnant. When women who are fit have their first baby, their stomach muscles are sometimes so tight that it takes a while for the bump to show! Also, she was very slight to begin with. Give her a break, yes she needs to ease up on the Botox, but have you ever seen her interviewed? She's fabulous - refreshingly honest and yes funny.
