He was accused last year of ripping off (and not crediting) the Rubinoos' I Wanna Be Your Boyfriend and turning it into the April Lavigne shit hit Girlfriend. Everyone borrows or samples and it's acceptable for the most part. You just can't claim to have come up with it on our own!
Luke's also suspected of giving the hook he 'created' for a Veronicas song to another client, Pink, for the tune U + Ur Hand.
NOW, Arizona rockers The Asphalt claim that the dirty doc took the hook of their song Tonight and repurposed it for former Idol Chris Daugherty's song Feels Like Tonight.

I have tried repeatedly to post this on US Weekly's site but whoever is monitoring the site keeps "deleting" it. So, I'm posting it on other blogs cause I feel that as readers you should know.
After leaving my comments on a US Weekly article today it really got under another poster's skin and she started freaking out and leaving lots of other comments under her name and other names. Whatever. But, IMAGINE MY SURPRISE when she fired back with another comment telling everyone my full name (first and last) even though all I had used was my first name!!!
Somehow "Smoothie Sucks" (her name) was able to obtain my last name!!!!!
So, either "Sucks" works for US Weekly and therefore has access to EVERYONE'S NAME and of course EVERYONE'S E-MAIL ADDRESSES or she knows someone who works there that was willing to jeopardize their job by giving her that info or someone is hacking into their system.
It gets even worse if you are a member of usmagazine.com because when you join they ask for your REAL ADDRESS and your TELEPHONE NO. and she can get that info too.
So if you VALUE YOUR PRIVACY or your ANONIMITY, forget it. US Weekly is giving out personal information. I have reported this and will follow it up until I find out how they did this.

I DONT CARE!! so what if songs are ripped off? i mean….i think the 'ripped off' songs should be played, but like…for example, Feels Like Tonight should be a song by Daughtry BASED on a song by Asphalt.

No I do not think that this particular song has been stolen. The only thing that was remotely the same was the four words" it feels like tonight" and that was it. Making a big deal out of nothing with this one.
