There are other pleasures and reasons!!!! The 'Childfree' have to live with parents extreme rants, kids smells and sounds, increased taxes and unequal rights and benefits. SO why dont you allow us to view our dislikes and most importantly life choices not to have or want children???

It sounds like the childfree people are the ones being defensive here..Karl's comment has to do with hating children, it does not mention parenting or how shitty it is to be a parent or how life is so much, ehem..better being childless …it is just that fact that he stated he "hates" children just like hating someone because of how they look, if they smell, if they are old or fat, etc..it is a strong word and it is offensive.
