Douchebag hasbeen Vanilla Ice, real name is Robert Van Winkle, was arrested late last night and charged with misdemeanor domestic battery after cops were called to his house for an alleged altercation with his wife.

Apparently, the washed-up singer pushed his wife during an argument. She had earlier claimed he was hitting and kicking her, but later said he only pushed her.

Early this morning Vanilla was seen exiting Palm Beach County court. He was just ordered to stay away from his wife. He's not allowed any contact with her, instead, he can only give her a phone call if needed.

As for his kids, he can have contact with them, but only through one of his friends for the mean time.

Vanilla will be allowed to go back to the house to get his personal belongings, but must be escorted by a police officer.

Douche!

      Perez, In the US, 70% of all Domestic Violence cases are instigated by the female in the relationship. While I absolutely find violence against women and children the most disgusting thing possible, there is something we call innocent until proven guilty.       He didn't beat his wife. She 'accused' him of pushing her while they were in a heated argument and he wouldn't just walk away and calm down. Yes he has anger issues but I think he is a good guy. Every couple fights and tensions flare and they don't know how to walk away. He did not hurt her. She should have been the one to walk away if she determined that he was too heated to do so.
