She has 1) the characteristic flat face with no prominent brow ridges, 2) the characteristic almond-shaped eyes, 3) the characteristic tongue-too-large-for-mouth and consequent speech impediment, 4) and I even previously caught a close-up glimpse of her hand adjusting the camera and saw the characteristically atypical short stumpy fingers. All trademarks of Down's Syndrome (Trisomy 21), which can be severe to very mild. (I work in the medical field.)
