This time, another individual has been caught - though the interesting thing about this guy is that he's a cop!
An off-duty corrections officer in New York was reportedly driving along the NY State Thruway and was trying to get attention from the females in the other vehicles by exposing his genitals and through hand gestures.
The corrections officer, 25 year old Michael Rhodes, was arrested after another motorist called to complain about his behavior.
Rhodes was apprehended and charged with public lewedness.

That has happened to me twice in my life. Once when I was walking to school with my sister, a guy pulls up while I was at light waiting to cross and there he was in his car sticking out his tongue at us and playing with himself. Another time was when I was working at the theatre. I got to work early and decided to watch a movie before I started. So I go in and sit on the last seat in the row, a black guy comes into the row and sits two seats to the left of me. 30minutes into the movie I see his hand moving, so I cover my face and look to the left. What I see is him playing with himself. I looked over at him, because I couldn’t believe it was happening and ran out. We never caught the guy, even though me and my supervisors when running after him!

Um this happens all the time. It's happened to me three times in my life and this one time in 1990 when my girlfriends and I (teenagers at the time) and my 16 year old sister were driving to LA to party and THE EXACT THING happened. It was nighttime and the guy had his interior light on and kept lifting his pelvis up to show us he was jerking it and followed us for 20 minutes. We got his license plate and called the cops the next day. Turns out the guy was a marine who was in the police academy. The cops came and showed us photos to identify him and though my two friends ID'ed him I couldn't because it was night and I was driving so the bastard got away with it….nice!
