Gossip Girl co-stars and real-life lovebirds Penn Badgley and Blake Lively spent a romantical and spirited evening together at New York City restaurant Tortilla Flats on Monday night.

A spywitness tells us, "They were with a red-headed friend, but she didn't seem to get in the way of the lovey-dovey moments: cuddling, Penn kissing Blake on her forehead, putting their arms around each other. Not gross, though…just totally cute."

They even participated in the group Bingo being played in the restaurant.

Sounds like fun!

      If you enjoy the 'Gossip Girl' TV show, you should definitely go read the books.
      They're much better, and heaven knows kids today need to learn to appreciate a story coming from somewhere other than a screen in their living room.

      PEREZ they are together they came to my store CVS on ventura in sherman oaks CA!!! they bought a whole cart of things which looked to be for a home they share!!! they were kissing and giggling the whoooooooooooolllle time!!!!! and my friend even went up to them and said we love there show… so screw all the those other sources because its a FACT THEY ARE A COUPLE!!!!! =]
