Give 'er the Colbert Bump

Hillary Clintonis scheduled to appear on the super popular The Colbert Report for the very first time ever this Thursday!!

MSNBC's Chris 'my bosses made me apologize to Hillary' Matthews 'blurted' the news out at a show taping on Monday. The news was confirmed to the source by a person close to the Comedy Central 'news' program, who insisted on anonymity because the date of the visit hadn't been publicly announced.

Barack Obama has thus far declined Colbert's invitation to appear on the show. But his wife, Michelle, will appear on Colbert Tuesday.

Will the infamous "Colbert bump" help propel Hil to victory in Pennsylvania?

    I live in PA and I don't know if she will win. I'm voting for her on the 22nd, though. I was in Philly on Saturday and it's practically wallpapered in Barack Obama signs and stickers. I hope that doesn't reflect what's going on with the rest of the state . . .

    Hey Perez, I'm from PA and work in the Capital region, just blocks from both Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama's campaign headquarters. It's gonna be a tight race, I believe. So far it's been pretty evenly split with support for both candidates. However, it seems like Hillary might have a slight advantage. Many people I've spoken to seem to be leaning towards her, and when she came to the area to speak, it was pretty evident that she had some major support.

    Wait a minute. I thought the Colbert report was on Comedy Central and not on MSNBC. Chris Matthews (Tweety) hosts Hardball on MSNBC. He and the rest of MSNBC "journalists" are totally in love in Obama and are so slanted in their coverage of the democratic race, that my friends and I, all democrats, now have to tune into FOX News just to an accurate picture of what is actually going on in the democratic race, pretty pathetic.

    I don't care which show she goes on, I will still vote for her. Obama's arrogant comment on small town America was the final straw in my decision. He is the one who seems to be bitter since he can't get our votes. This is going to hurt him nationally if he wins the nomination. One thing I like about Hillary is that she is very tough and smart. Obama cannot shake her off his heels. Hell, he can't even buy the election as he is outspending her 4 to 1 and still is consistently losing the big states. Where's all this "unity" he's been preaching about?
