    My friend is a hairdresser who is big on high fashion cuts and styles, and she told me the perm is going to make a comeback…but not tight ass curls, nice soft curls and waves (like Lindsay's)…I laughed at my friend when she told me the perm was coming back too…but I'm starting to notice more and more curls!!
