Two teens, 18-year-old Melvin Blevins and 16-year old Angel Dailey have been charged with corrupting/endangering a child in Pataskala, Ohio, after police say they forced a toddler (age 2!!!) to smoke pot and videotaped the whole thing.
Authorities learned of the tape after a Columbus, Ohio, pawn shop dealer found it in a camcorder.
Police received the video of the toddler on Monday.
According to the report, the toddler inhales and then chokes on the pot in the video. After that, the video shows 'a man' who we assume to be Blevins, mimicking the toddler's coughing.
We are speechless. This is truly one of the most disturbing things we've heard.
These fucktards need to go to jail! Like now!!!!

I'm so angry right now I'm shaking. I'd love to be left alone for a few minutes either either or both of those two fucking idiots!! The sad thing about this story is these "kids" actions are probably quite tame in comparison to what some children have to endure behind close doors. Child abuse/neglect/endangerment is a CRAZY BIG problem in our country, government agencies are wildly underfunded to deal with these cases, with so many children falling through the cracks only to grow up and repeat the cycle.
