They're engaged and now…they're moving in together!
Even though they were rumored to be shacking up last summer, the pair have recently been living apart.
Now, Jamie Lynn Spears and her babydaddy, what's his face, are house huntin' in Mississippi.
They supposedly made an offer of $300K on a three-bedroom house in the town of Liberty.
It's fancy! The house has got them marble floors and a game room!
An insider says, "Jamie Lynn is really excited over having a home of her own."
At least she's keeping the kid in Louisiana. Hopefully it will have a more normal life there - whatever "normal" is for the Spears family!

Papi, I have already stopped going to people.com because of JLS posts…don't make me cut you out next. I can't stand the press she gets. As a mother of two daughters, and someone who works everyday with teens, I just hate how this is treated like no big deal. It's a huge deal. It's tragic. The child should be put up for adoption so it can at least have a chance at being raised by adults. Our society is going to hell and it's because crap like this is no longer treated as shameful.

They (the Spears family) are trying and that goes a long way in my book. I do think if it wasn't for the fact that Kevin's kids with Shar lived in Los Angeles and all the dealings they had in Los Angeles while they were married Brit would have lived in Louisiana. I mean she did liv etheir a a great deal of teh time prior to Kevin at least. I think now with the custody battle and the legal rights Kevin has that is why she is staying here.

The sisters also shop at Wal-Mart, go for real type guys and have real dysfunctional families like everyone else. They stay in touch with "normal", middle-income people and so they're easy to relate to on a lot of levels. Stop acting like everyone in the US should be loaded beyond loaded. 300k can get you an incredible house, and it's a ton of money to most of us. And anyway, I hope she does get a decent place and actually grow up for the childs sake. Liberty is in Mississippi not Louisiana. Lots of people but property there because it is in the middle of nowhere but only about one hour from baton rouge. Thirty minutes from Kentwood where her family lives and one and a half hours from new Orleans. In lousiaisna that means it is close to everything. Liberty is the new palm springs of the south.
