hi guys, i think Coco is argentine, I can tell for his accent, and I am from Argentina so I can talk…It is also really sad to read some nasty comments made with a deragotary and racist connotation. Argentine people are pretty racist, they dont like anyone, not even themselves, they think they are better than everyone…but specially people from the capital, Buenos Aires, they also discriminate argentine people from the rest of the country. this guy is one of the owners/performers of one of the most popular parties in Buenos Aires : Fiesta Plop! Pop.
As well as their performances in the party they do videos to promote them and for people to look at and have a little fun. As many commenters said, its an adaptation. Umbrella : Paraguas (in spanish) . Also paraguas is what people from the country Paraguay are called here. So, two paraguas, one paragua. So, dont get the joke yet?
