Audiences Are Just Not That Into Jen

Jennifer Aniston really hasn't done much since her last "hit" - The BreakUp - came out over two years ago.
The one big-budget film she was working on, He's Just Not That Into You, was scheduled to be released this summer, on August 1st.
Seems no one wants to watch Jen on screen. Her movie's been pushed back! That's NEVER a good sign for a movie! And, moving it from the lucrative summer box office season will likely hurt it in addition to the bad buzz this delay will bring.
The film is now set to be released later in October.
A New Line rep confirms to Life & Style that the movie is being pushed back, saying, "That is the tentative new release date [October 24, 2008], though I don't believe its 100 percent official yet. It's definitely no longer August 1."

Sex and the City comes out on May 30th, so even if Jen's movie stayed with it's original release date of August 1st, it still wouldn't be going head to head with Sex and the City, unless I'm missing something here?

Not really sure why you don't like her, I and most girls like her and her movies. You hate on some people sometimes for no reason at all. Her movies for the most part do extremely well and she just a really likeable personality. And I can pretty much bet that He's Just Not That Into You will do well at the box office, seeing people like Jen and the book was a best seller!

I understand and agree with almost every other person you despise and mock on here, but I'll never understand Jennifer Aniston. She's done absolutely nothing hurtful or cruel to anyone … ever … and she's always been sweet and beautiful, even if her career has been up and down since Friends ended. Lay off, she's a sweet woman and she definitely has her fans, whatever you might think.
Also, that's actually a highly-buzzed-about movie, and being pushed back means "bad buzz" to almost no one in this industry, as many many many movies are pushed back at least once, so I'm not sure what you mean.
Of course, nothing legitimate to get onto the headline, as an 'actress' that would be a movie premiere, Aniston pathetically goes crying to Oprah "Please put me in your charity show". The "Charity isn't my thing" Aniston gives only when she is on national TV. A pathetic attempt to compete with truly generous and giving Jolie-Pitts. They gave EIGHT MILLION last year. Courteney and Aniston is RAISING only 1 million! Cheap, cold-hearted loser.
Re: jenni – EXACTLY! Angelina has had maybe 2 or 3 decent movies here entire career (critically-wise), and even fewer commercial successes (Tomb Raider, Mr. & Mrs. Smith and … uh …). I like Jen, I'd see any movie she's in and this has a lot of other good actors in so I'll definitely be watching. It wasn't pushed back because of Jen, what a crock of shite, maybe they just haven't finished the post-production, which happens on a LOT of movies.
Maniston is neurotic, unlikable, and unhappy single woman. She can't even get along with her own mother. That is why there has been next to zero fall-out for Pitt dumping her for luscious Angelina.
Too bad her career seems to have been sidelined a bit due to the Pitt thing cause she's always cute and funny in the movies I've seen her in

Also, you seem to like Angelina no matter what, even though her last few movies did horrible at the box office and I am guessing it has something to do with her! In "Friends With Money"-she was "depressed and tired Rachel"
In "The Good Girl"- she was "this is what my life would have been like if I hadn't become an actress thus becoming Rachel from "Friends", Rachel"
In "Bruce Almighty", "Rumor Has It" and "The Breakup" she was just " Rachel with famous boyfriends".
I like her too, she seems like a sweet gal, but like Meg Ryan before her (Remember, "In the Cut"? Didn't think so.)
She never changes her hair, her clothing, her demeanor, even her MAKE-UP stays the same!
She's doomed to be "Rachel" forever. And for all you Aniston fans out there, name ONE movie she strayed far enough from her "Rachel" character enough to be believable as someone else?
