Gary Busey is going to have some tough times ahead.
The wacktor has just been kicked out of his home in Malibu, California. The reason? Busey hasn't been paying his rent.
Poor Busey!
Seems like he might be homeless soon. Not paying your rent can do that to you.
Reports are that he owes over $50,000 in back rent. So why doesn't he just pay up?
Apparently, he's refusing to do so because he claims that the "unclean air conditioning vents" were posing a serious health risk to him.
The eviction noticed was placed on Busey's front door of his Malibu home yesterday.
Today, Busey will be going public with his eviction battle, and will appear on Access Hollywood to tell his side.
Maybe Gary Busey can move in with Gary Coleman???
We'd watch that show!

actually, what he is doing is legit, at least under wisconsin state law. if your landlord has not fixed something after both a verbal and written request than legally you can withhold your rent until it's up to code. he just needs a lawyer.

Why would you stay at a place that's unhealthy for free?
First of all, if the landlord doesn't fix something you can put the funds into an escrow account. you can't just withold and keep the money for the time being.
Also, if it's unhealthy, he would have not continued to live there.

If his home was unhealthy why didn't he just move? There is no logic in staying in an unhealthy home and then using that as your "excuse" for not paying for it. What an IDIOT. The man is a freak of nature. That is like snorting coke and then sewing the dealer or pigging out on junk food and sewing the fat manufacturers. And he does have a really scary face. Who can he blame that one on?

Hah! I've been a leasing agent for a couple of years, and BY LAW you cannot withhold rent if there are any problems with the place you are living! Either you FIX IT YOURSELF and give the receipt to your landlord minus the amount from your rent, OR you tell THEM TO FIX IT and they have to comply within a certain time period. You cannot withhold rent!
People who can afford their rent who usually have a disagreement with their living conditions usually pay their rent into an escrow account instead of not paying at all. Just sayin'. Busey=Loser
Poor Gary. The health care bills and rehabilitation bills from his horrendous accident must have been insurmountable. Surely Hollywood has some kind of actor's fund for this kind of thing. Considering this is probably in the Malibu neck of the woods (sign on door says Bay Cities) it would probably cost as much to buy as one of our franchises would anywhere else. First of all, like some of these people have said, ESCROW. You can't just not pay rent because you're not happy with something about your place, like that's okay. Escrow is also a legality, and it involves both parties, and simple bullshit like dirty vents doesn't cut it.
I'm betting this is a lead-in to a new reality show. Can't be any worse than the Trailer of Love with the worse skank hos on TV, and that old hair band guy with the cowboy hat.

Gary has a case. I bought a condo and within two months noticed mold. Turned out to be Stachybatyrus Atra (Black Mold), highly carcinogenic and toxic. If the owners knew they had a problem and did not notify, lawsuits will fly. I guarantee any toxicoligist will be able to determine how long the mold has been there and Gary will own that house and the realtors. Call Melinda Ballard. She is the "Mold Queen." She owned a $9 million dollar home in Austin and Farmers Insurance offered $3 mill. She won $35 mill and Farmers appealed. Go Gary!

My husband and I were just hanging out outside of our condo in Santa Monica watching people perform around the pier. I thought I saw Gary walking around but I figured he wasn't the homeless, lonely looking guy we were staring at. When he was standing by us, he answered his cell phone and turns out it was him. I am not kidding. I think he's losing it. Well I guess everybody can see that but just the way he would walk up to people and just stare at them like he needed a friend to talk to. It was so creepy.
I loved Gary Busey in his old movies. I also understand what he's getting at in every video of him chatting on entertainment sites. There's a generational gap, and most people close to his age understand what he's trying to say. Just saying. He's been through hell and back, and is really a very nice guy. I don't think he's the least bit crazy. Perhaps I haven't seen all the vids. Perhaps I'm a bit off too, muahahaha.
Go easy on The Be-uster. He has brain damage from a previous motorcycle accident. Probably from all the dope too but that's another story.
