An eyewitness reports that Beyonce gave Jay-Z a bit of 'tude at a Barack Obama rally in Hollywood earlier this week.
Here's how it supposedly went down — Jay was performing as part of the rally at the Hollywood Bowl. After a dig at George W Bush, the rap megastar tried to lift the mood by rapping over a few songs.
Flicking through his box of oldies, the DJ slapped on one of Beyonce's biggest hits, Crazy In Love. But as the fans grooved, Jay-Z growled. Storming to the mic, he yelled: "Fuck that. Sorry Bey but fuck that - let's play something else."
The insider claims this infuriated Beyonce! She stormed off….but not before laying into Hova away from prying eyes.
"Beyonce had been side stage for most of the night, dancing and singing along. But when Jay-Z got the song pulled, her mood soured. He meant it as a joke, but Beyonce didn't take it that way. After he came off stage, she confronted him, demanding to know what the hell his comments had been about. She was gesturing wildly and not looking happy."
Tough guy Jay apparently, like any good husband should (wink, wink) 'grovelled' to make it all better. Peace was apparently restored.
The eyewitness goes on to say, "It's a shame because earlier the pair had been flashing their tattooed wedding ring fingers. Both have 'IV' - the date of their wedding' - inked on."

This is part of his show. I saw the Heart of the City tour in Houston, Texas and he did the same thing. He does it to all of his songs and one of hers…it's part of the act. Man, we love the drama, don't we?
okay so i am not a big fan of beyonce, but considering that jay is her husband he didn't have to be so blunt and crude with his comment…i would probably be a little ticked if my man dissed my song like that.

UMMM…I have trouble believing this…Jay did the same thing at his show here in Houston. He went through hits he didn't have time to perform trying to choose a song to perform (teasing the crowd). A snippet would play from each song and then he would say "Naw fuck that!" when Crazy in Love came on he did the same…he said "Fuck that, Fuck that, no disrespect Bey but fuck that!"

Hey Perez, I just wanted to let you know that at the Jay Z and MJB concert in Toronto on April 2nd, Jay Z did the same thing. Towards the end of his set, he did a medley of some of his most popular songs for like 30 seconds each and when Cray In Love came on he said F that sorry B not tonight and the crowd was going crazy.
I like her, but she's getting a bit played out. Everywhere you go, there's Beyonce! Some people don't even care for her anymore. She needs to take a serious break from show business like Usher and come back.We need to miss her… but she's never gone!

i call BULLCRAP on this one!! he does the same bit at all of his shows….he goes through a bunch of snipits of songs and acts like he's fixin to play them, but sez "fuck that" after each play, and switches to another one. i went to the Houston show, and he didn't even play the full song there either…..BUT he did play BIG PIMPIN and BUN B came out on stage…..it was the greatest performance ever. the crowd was really into it and everyone sang PIMP C's verse….goosebumps.

I find this story really hard to beleive. I saw the Jay/Mary tour back in Boston, 2 weeks ago. He did the same thing that night, the DJ putting on song after song and him saying "fuck that" ending with Crazy in Love and him said "sorry B, but fuck that"….It's part of his skit on his tour, which she's been on with him for over a week, and she just decides to get pissed on this night? Dont think so!

I was at the concert and the post is not true! Jay was playing with his DJ and toying with the crowd playing songs and starting to rap and then going "ah fuck that one". When he got to the song with Beyonce he said, "I ain't going to disrespect you B" he smiled and the crowd laughed and instead of "eff that" he just said "next". Usually I agree with what you write. But, Hov does this dj routine at all of his shows. Beyonce has been spotted at previous concerts, so I'm sure she knows about this "Crazy In Love" joke already. He skips his own songs too. So I really doubt that was the issue.
