me I live in Canadialand no actual bikram but great instructors and studios
its the best and it will tone everything on your whole body and help you lose those extra pounds so you will be toned and sexy by summer
also do weights their great
if you do bikram and weights even a few times a week you will see and feel a huge difference
although you may find that yoga practice will make your black heart red again lol
also Perez your beautiful as you are so just remain positive and loving towards yourself
eat well and do what you want
and your body with a lil bit of work will balance out on its own

The so called Yoga practice she has allegedly designed just for you, Perez, is a disjointed conglomeration of typical yoga poses, thrown together haphazardly to fit her publicity whoring format. I, as an expert in yoga, would suggest you ignore her disgusting, uncomfortable rant and get yourself a real yoga teacher who can help you shed the excess ass-cheese.
As for the celebrity seeking yogavajayjay - forget it, honey. Your efforts are an affront to all things Yoga. Pick yourself up by your chafed perineum and go take a few classes at Jivamukti or something - your form is terrible!
Perez…I myself, 2 years ago, started practicing yoga in an attempt to get more healthy and fit…And it works…I feel great most of the time…I have a great teacher and go to two 90 mins. classes a week and practice at home every night for about an hour and it has changed my life in such a postive way, not just physically, but I can de-stress in a flash now. Do not listen to the haters here, she obviously made you this video for fun. I hope it encourages you to check out a yoga class. I am sure with you busy life, it would be a welcome addition to your work out schedual. Yoga is a good thing, check it out baby!
