Keisha Knight Pulliam (aka Rudy Huxtable from the Cosby Show) is hitting the big screen as an imprisoned prostitute in Tyler Perry's Madea Goes to Jail.

You can see Rudy hook it in a movie theater near you in 2009.

Pulliam recently appeared in Perry's TBS series House of Payne and is launching an Atlanta-based production company for film and television projects that she has in development.

Whew…Rudy's a business woman and has her head on straight in the real world!

Playing a prostitute will really get you far these days!

Too bad they didn't get Raven Symone instead. She would have been a great hooker!

      Have you ever SEEN a Tyler Perry movie? Get real people. There is barely any cursing in his movies, let alone anything sexual or nudity. She will most likely play a prostitute who wants to turn her life around. Tyler's movies are always "wholesome, family movies" so don't get your shit twisted.

      Ms. Knight-Pulliam is actually one of the most educated celebrities (check out her educational bio). What's wrong with taking a role as a prostitute. It's probably a very challenging role that has more to do with injustices and unfortunate life circumstances than someone "whoring" around. Many notable actresses have played such roles. Julia Roberts played a prostitute in a comedy "Pretty Woman" and Jodie Foster played a 12-year old prostitute "Taxi Driver". Both these women have Oscars. Why would Keshia's role be any less challenging or noteworthy? Anyone? In the meantime, Perez, don't knock down what you can't build up. NO TE LUCE !!

I do not like all of his movies, but I did like "Why Did I Get Married?"–Tasha Smith is such a riot!       This movie was already out in 2006 by tyler perry…. is he remaking the movie…, he also did a meet the brown's in '04 and now another remake called tyler perry's meet the browns which is out in theaters now.. hum
