Putting all suspicions to end!

People magazine is reporting that Lindsay Lohan is off the wagon!

The once and current addict was in rehab THREE separate times in 2007, and it seems like she hasn't learned anything from her time there and repeated mistakes, multiple DUI arrests and reports of drug abuse.

The always reliable People states that Lohan was pAArtying in NYC on Saturday night until at least 4:15 a.m. Sunday morning.

The mag also reports that Lohan was seen chain smoking and drinking Grey Goose and Red Bull cocktails."

And, yes, they said MULTIPLE cocktails! Not just a sip. Not just one cocktail. But multiple drinks.

We're guessing Lindsay's stopped going to her Alcoholics Anonymous meetings!

Re: Rin – It has nothing to do with her acting like the average college student. she went to rehab 3 times to cure this "addiction" she claims she had and tried to seek sympathy over it, yet now shes back in clubs doing exactly what she tried fix. Also, just because "everybody is doing it" does not make it alright. Binge drinking is a major issue with college students and a serious health risk.

C'mon folks… we're not talking about a "normal' 21-yo having fun with her friends. We've all been there and done that. This gal has a serious addiction problem. Granted, as long as she's not driving she's probably not going to hurt anyone but herself. Nobody said if she was driving - maybe she has finally hired a driver. It's pathetic, especially since not very long ago she had a very bright future ahead of her and more opportunities than she could ask for. What's even more sad is that with all her $ she can get the best help available. She's not the average person fighting their insurance company to get them to pay for rehab or worrying about who will pay your mortgage while they're in there.

Stop trying to drill her into the ground. She went to rehab, but I doubt she was ever had a serious dependence on any substance. I think it was more she was going in a downward sprial related to substance abuse because of the environment she's in. No doubt she was drinking/snorting more than she should have and that it was only going to get worse if she continued to go out the way that she did. I don't see a problem with her drinking as long as she doesn't drive or use the drugs again.
When I was of legal drinking age (I live in Canada and it is 19 here not 21) I pretty much was out every night with my friends drinking at the clubs. When I look back at how much I drank people could say me and all my friends were alcoholics but guess what……..I don't drink like that anymore…..It got old as we got older and we partied less and less.
Now I hardly ever drink. The last time I had any was on new years eve.
I just think she is a young girl in her party faze and she will grow up soon enough.
