Ali Lohan is set to take her sister's place in the spotlight!

Lindz's little sister has just landed her first film, according to entertainment reporter David Caplan.

Aliana, 14, has begun filming her first film project, Mostly Ghostly, in Los Angeles.

Ali's role shares similarities with Lindsay's breakout hit, 2004's Mean Girls.

She'll play "a popular high school senior" in the film, a source tells Caplan.

Shit, Ali looks old enough to play a COLLEGE senior!

The film, which we're sure we'll go straight to DVD, is based on the pre-teen book series Mostly Ghostly, which centers on an 11-year-old boy who befriends two ghosts.

All these Lohans are such famewhores.

Next thing you know, Cody will end up with his own show on Nickelodeon. He's too low-rent for Disney!
