I was apprehensive aboutwhat the new sound might be. WOW. I am so thrilled. It's an incredible old school Madonna sound. Very Very Awesome. And yes I will be buying the actual CD but it was nice to be so surprised by it's quality early on. Remember, if you listen to an artists music for free without the intent to purchase when it becomes available for sale you are a thief. So listen then buy whn on sale. It's only the correct thing to do unless you're a degeneret.

Now I'm not some "Mariah fan" that's here to say something bad but I've downloaded the album and I'm probably in the minority of people who hate it. I thought the sounds were pretty bland and clearly not worth the hype. I've hard better songs from Madonna that should have been released as singles but never were. Sorry but out of 10 stars, this one gets 3 from me.

Okay, so I downloaded the tracks using BitTorrent. The album version I downloaded had some fake tracks…Miles Away, for example, was actually Hey You when played.
However, I did listen to a number of the songs including Candy Shop and Heartbeat.
If these are the actual songs, I am TERRIBLY disappointed.
I am no major Mariah fan so don't mistake me for a Madonna hater.
Madonna is and continues to be my favorite recording artist of all time.
However, I'm thunderously disappointed with the tracks. 4 Minutes grew on me and now I like it… I have a hard time believing any of the remaining tracks will do it for me over time… except Give It 2 Me (supposedly the second single) which is okay (a little bit lame and immature…similar to her using the word "dork" in I Love New York).
I was really excited for this album but I think it's a major letdown after Confessions. In fact, I actually like American Life (which I hate) better than Hard Candy.
The album should be called Circus Peanuts and Marshmellow Peeps (with a side of Cadbury Creme Egg on the side for disappointig measure).

Wow…I listened to the album and what can I say? It's so below Madonna's standards that it's painful to listen to. The songs are all filler songs and sound as though they were thrown together and or possibly written by Lourdes and Rocco or something. I think the only people who are going to remotely like it aren't living in the United States. She may still have hope, but the injection of hip hop influence she's attempted to introduce is sad. This is really a let down from the last album. Sorry Madge - this one isn't gonna cut it.
