    It is a sad story - definitely worth reading. I understand how he could have been convinced to file a lawsuit - US is a litigious society, after all, and Nicholas White certainly had a case for some compensation for the trauma he endured - but it's a shame how far everything spun out of control. Hopefully some good Samaritan reads the article and offers him a job.

    That video (poor guy) made me so unbelievably uncomfortable!!!!!!!! I can't imagine what I would do. It makes me want to carry two books, my iPod and it's 80+ hour battery addition, three magazines and my cell phone with me at ALL TIMES just in case.

    I also was trapped in an elevator and now avoid them at all costs. It has put such a strain on my family as I always have to look for stairs or escalators. Until you have gone through an experience like this it is hard for other people to relate. Everyone thinks your just being difficult.
