I wouldn't say that having a woman as present would be "earth shaking" and the biggest change possible when she is coming from a background of traditional old-white-male politicians, one of which she is married to. Hillary is a republican, the last thing this country needs
It is irrelevant how she does in Pennsylvania today. She will still be behind in pledged delegates, she will still be behind in popular vote, she will still be behind in total states won, and she will still be virtually broke. She will not be the Democratic nominee. That was determined shortly after Super Tuesday. Unless there is a super delegate coup, Obama is the one. For the past 2 months everything Hillary has done under the illusion of working to win the nomination has only served to damage her reputation, Obama's reputation, Bill Clinton's legacy, and the Democratic party's changes of winning in the fall. If we have President McBush, Hillary will have much of the blame placed squarely on her. She's a self-absorbed, self-interested political hack. Nothing more.
