i think this is really awesome! thanks for supporting this cause.
you mean its NOT JUST… PROOFREADING!!!!!!!!!!!
you mean its NOT JUST about giving money. Everyone help people with special needs, its not just about the money, time is the best thing you can give people with special needs!
i love that you're getting involved with worthwhile causes!!
I'm first! and this cause is awesome, so is perez! Northeastern university loves you!!!
"It's just about giving your money, though"
Uh, I think you left out a "not".
Perez, you're the Robin Hood of our subculture. Pick on the rich and famous, help out the poor, the sick and starving music artists.
Volunteering makes you feel good!
cough it up for the retards!
So when are you going in to volunteer Perez?
Perez, thank you so much for bringing attention to Best Buddies! I work with a chapter in North Carolina, and it is a great organization that brings a lot of people a lot of tangible good, as well as being a great time. Come out to one of our events sometime!
pretty interesting you posted this a few posts after that horrid bette midler SAB entry.
is this another one of those gay charities?
Good of you to create awareness for REAL issues and not just moronic celeb gossip!
Perez, i love that you are adding causes and encouraging people to donate their time and money to organizations. it's wonderful. however, i wish you'd stop referring to celebs as "celebretard" as it's very derogatory. i still love you, but when people use any form of the word "retarded" it makes me cringe! i think calling someone a "retard" is as bad as calling a black person the n word. it's just uncalled for and hurtful. even if the majority of the celebs you report on are idiots, the word retarded should not be used to describe them.
thanks! still love ya!
Thanks perez. People with specil needs are the best people you know. My kid has Cerebal palsey, she is amazing.
Perez, that is the best picture of you I have ever seen!
Thank you for bringing awareness to help out special needs children. This is AWESOME! Thank you! Thank You! Thank You!!!
Maybe Tina should get involved..lol
Gibbywilly,,,, I HOPE THAT YOU DIE
I think that this is a great cause and it's fantastic that you're raising awareness for it, however, aren't you just a bit hypocritical considering the hard time you give TinaC? She has clearly got special needs yet take every opportunity you can to make fun of her. Not nice.
Is this an effort to make people forget you making fun of such people on your blog ?
Thanks for giving our organization a shout out Perez!! I work for Best Buddies California www.bestbuddiescalifornia.org and I am absolutely passionate about the difference our organization makes in the lives of people with and without disabilities! Everyone deserves a friend!
oh my god. I strted crying when I saw this cuz it's just so worth fighting for!!

HI,
I work for a company similar to this one - this is wonderful - thank you so much for posting this on your website. I love that you are so involved in so many causes.
Re: GIBBYWIBBY – yyou should be ashamed. Honestly Im embarrased for you
This is really sweet! Got to give you props Perez!! =]]
oh and GIBBYWIBBY ur comments are uncalled for…maybe if you would cut down ur visits to McCdonalds, it would help all of us!! and the rest of america!! …karma is a bitch!
Perez - Thanks so much. I was just told yesterday that my 3.5 year old son suffers from neurological impairment that does not appear to be improving. While he is certainly making huge strides, he has remained on the same level of impairment since we first began taking him for evaluation. I was feeling worried, sad and scared. This bestbuddies.org information gave me renewed hope. Whodathunkit? Perez Hilton saves my day!

it's so easy for you to tell us what to do with our lives. while you are out partying, going to concerts and movie premieres, posting video's of your puppy, etc. Let's see you for once donate or volunteer for one of the charities that you post on an almost daily basis!!!!!!!!!!!
As a mom of 3 special needs kids, you rock Perez!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!
perez thank you for posting info on such a wonderful organization…i gained a lot of respect for you
For all of you that feel horrible for perhaps teasing special needs children as a child… This is one of the many ways you may start redeeming yourself.
All that aside… the be3st thing you can do is treat people that are different as equals…. Smile at them! Talk to them! These poor people are often ignored because people are a bit uncomfortable around them…. Treat them like fellow human beings!
PEREZZZZZ!!!! OMG i cannot believe you put this as one of your charities!!!! I am the treasurer for the Vanderbilt University chapter and it is the MOST amazing organization EVER!!!
You are doing such wonderful things with your website and it makes me only love you moreeeee!!!!
and let's be nice to them, even when they are being difficult to be nice to! (like homophobic when they don't even understand what that means)
Thankyou so much for doing this! i love this cause and they can use all the help they can get! you are great for showing this!
I truly believe that supporting mentally challenged individuals is wonderful. Some people call them retarded, but many find that word insulting. Some people like to call others "retarded" or call celebs celebutards. Both comments are insensitive to mentally challenged people and shows disrespect to them. Maybe we can stop the ugly name calling and show respect to the needs of people with handicaps. Also, in comment #2 it is -it's, with an apostrophe, not its without the apostrophe.(Speak of proofreading in caps!) It's means it is. Thanks.
Perez,
I feel like I have been emailing you for eons about my cause….and now you have finally come to attention about this matter…probably because I am not a celeb. MY daughter has Aspergers Disorder and am writing a coffee table book about it because everyone thinks of Autism as the worst spectrum and never the least. I have asked you numerous times to help me with my cause, which happens to be very ligit. All I ask, and you once again have my private email, is to contact me and try and help me and thousands of other moms towards our uninsured Asperger children.
Your voice not only counts but will help us move forward!

Re: lena –
Your comments reflect your ignorance - I feel sorry for you. You are the one with a deficiency with your attitude……..help someone else out and elevate yourself in the process!!!!
Re: GIBBYWIBBY – Maybe your order is wrong because your attitude and energy is SO WRONG…….what an idiot you are.
Re: GIBBYWIBBY – Because you are very insensitive. I have a daughter with spcil needs and I work with the school system helping other kids with special needs. Why you ask because your a effing dick hole. I honestly feel that if you die the world would be a better place. Why are you posting that type of stuff it only upsets people it isnt funny, nor are you. T4. what were you doin on your default picI think you owe a appoligy for the hurtful things you said. Why dont you give me you email? Cause Im not done bitching you out.
