The Singh family of Meerut, India, think they have the biggest baby in the world.
At 10 months old, their son Karan is 3 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 49 pounds.
Holy shit that is some 'baby'!!!
And, by the way, that really tall person holding the child. That's his MOMMA!
Svetlana (pictured on the right holding Karan) is not surprised that her 'baby' is so hefty. She's one of the tallest women in Asia, measuring 7 feet 2 inches.
Karan eats about 20 times a day.
Do any of your babies out there measure up?
Karan's parents should enroll him in a basketball class once he starts walking. There's loads of money to be made in the NBA!

Karan has acromegly… a pituitary tumor that produces growth hormone on its own and causes the body to keep growing. It makes a person very, very ill. Looks like her baby has it too. The disease is fatal without intervention. This is very, very sad.

The mother probably has a form of giantism, no doubt her hormones are totally out of whack, so not, she's not going to look like a regular woman because, in a way, she isn't. So why would it be so surprising that her children would also be big. He probably has the same problem as she does. Why does everyone keep commenting about how many times a day the baby eats? One year old babies eat every other hour or so. Obviously, the child is not overweight…he needs to be fed constantly because he is so tall!

That ain't nothing.. My "baby" girl is 12 years old… She is 5 feet 7 inches tall and STILL GROWING!! She also weighs about 100 lbs.. She is TAAAALLLLL and skinny. I should seriously consider putting her in basketball or something. Her shoe size alone is women's size 10 1/2. For comparison? I am 30 years old, 5 feet 4 inches and my shoe size is only 6 1/2!!!!
