Maybe we should revise school programs to allow graduation in 8 years instead of 12 and lower the age that we perceive as proper to be a grown up and take on grown up actions. Lower the legal age from 18 to 16. Women are waiting too long to have children anyway and it's causing a spike in Autism and Downs Syndrome rates.
