They want to flaunt it and flirt and tease and in today's media, there is no shame or restraint for doing anything sexual. Girls are maaturing faster these days. Maybe we should revise school programs to allow graduation in 8 years instead of 12 and lower the age that we perceive as proper to be a grown up and take on grown up actions. Lower the legal age from 18 to 16. Women are waiting too long to have children anyway and it's causing a spike in Autism and Downs Syndrome rates.

Fourteen year olds have been seeing far worse being accepted and even rewarded in mainstream media for years. She's still just a kid, and kids parrot the world around them without even necessarily realizing the ramifications of what seems like a harmless act to them.
