Delta Goodrem is one of our favorite Australians, and the sexy singer/songwriter just popped over for a visit.

You look good Perez, keep it up. It feels great to look good, but not carrying around so much weight is a lot healthier for the long haul. Losing weight is easy, keeping it off permanently is the hard part. I have yo-yoed three times from 105lbs to 175lbs on a 5'2 frame. I am losing now, and I swear to God once I reach the 100lb mark again I will NEVER gain it back again. Keep it up, you look great.
