You look good Perez, keep it up. It feels great to look good, but not carrying around so much weight is a lot healthier for the long haul. Losing weight is easy, keeping it off permanently is the hard part. I have yo-yoed three times from 105lbs to 175lbs on a 5'2 frame. I am losing now, and I swear to God once I reach the 100lb mark again I will NEVER gain it back again. Keep it up, you look great.

Criss Angel Is Recorded Threatening To Knock Out His Producer!

Whoa! Criss Angel is NOT messing around here!

The Luxor headlining illusionist was recorded having quite the verbal altercation with Joe Monti, one of his magic producers on Wednesday, during which Angel is heard threatening to knock him out - and now he's had a police report filed against him!

Furthermore, Monti later said to authorities that he recorded the meeting because Angel has a history of bullying employees!

He explains:

“I wanted him to know how demeaning he was. I created 50-60 percent of the magic for ‘Mindfreak.' I have no reason to do anything vindictively but I draw the line on violence.”
