    actually, natural black diamonds do exist, but instead of being known for being as strong as white diamonds, they break and chip easily due to the many fragments that give it it's black color - this is why the black diamonds you see in jewelry are usually not natural black diamonds but synthetic (flawed off-white diamonds made to be black)

    look them up online, they're actually really gorgeous and I love my black and white diamonds rings… but I get that they're not for everyone!
