Blake Cheating On Amy????

While news of Amy Winehouse's arrest is still developing……

New information regarding her currently incarcerated husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, has just been release.

Blake, as we all remember, has been charged with assault and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice. He was accused back in June 2006 of attacking James King, a pub landlord, at the Macbeth public house in east London. He was then alleged to have plotted with King to pervert the course of justice by bribing him to lie about what happened.

Of course he denies ever doing either.

Blake had a hearing on Friday. Wino, of course, didn't make it.

Fielder-Civil has sparked fears his marriage to the singer is in trouble, after he was seen blowing kisses to another woman at his latest court appearance.

21-year-old Sophie Schandorff - who was seen blowing kisses to him from across the courtroom.

Winehouse's husband was seen responding by mouthing "I love you" back to the blonde.

Schandorff, though, insists she is simply his "best friend" and says that she has known Fielder-Civil for two years and plans on visiting him in prison.

She says, "Hopefully tomorrow (I will visit him). But he has to call me."

Fielder-Civil will remain in custody until his trial begins.

Blake is set to go to trial on Monday, June 2nd.

There's a possibility that both Amy and Blake will be in jail at the same time!

Guess that really crosses out any visitations between the two.

Hope he doesn't get out before Amy does. You know he'll be wasting away all her money!
