De-Fug: Ugly No MOre

Rebecca Romjin is having some major 'creative differences' with the new writers (who were recruited after the painful Writer's Strike) on Ugly Betty, according to reports.

Things are so bad that the upcoming new season will likely be her last on the hit show.

Romjin reveals in an interview, "And while I know I'll be coming back next season, with all the changes, I'm not sure they can take care of my character they way they have been. So I'll be leaving, back in a recurring capacity, but time for me to leave and find something else."

That's too bad. We liked how she plays that hot tranny mess, Alexis.

Well the New York jury has just returned a "not guilty" verdict on the "2 black cops and a latino cop" who inadvertently killed the wrong black man, Sean Bell, in a police sting at a local raucous night club. 
NAACP and all the coloreds are all up in arms. Al Sharpton johnny-on-the-spot-as-usual. Crying, yelling, ANF's, ABF's, ABM's, people fallin-out all over the place, hoopin' & hollerin', all claiming to be victim's who've been wronged. 
A perfect micro-sample of the spice of life we will get either for weeks after an Obama defeat, or for 4 years if Obama is elected.

To my understanding this is a common issue with her and show staff. I heard she was a horrible prima-donna on the Pepper whatever show. A chicago news man did a cameo on the show and he was not allowed to interact with her at all unless the cameras were rolling. He was on the radio talking about how awful she was.

I loved Ugly Betty up until the point they introduced her character. I think it took the show in a direction it didn't need to go–I still watch, but they have so many damn storylines they can;t focus on Betty.
