The National Enquirer is reporting that Chris Tucker has been ordered to pay $254 a month in child support to an LA woman who claims that the Rush Hour star is her babydaddy.
50 Cent must feel better that he isn't the only celeb throwing down in court with a babymomma!
Tucker claims that he doesn't know the mother, knew nothing about the baby and has never seen any of the child support court orders sent his way.
On the other hand, the babymomma said that she and Chris dated for years but he left her when he found out she was preggers.
Why doesn't Tucker just take a paternity test to prove his case?

Well the New York jury has just returned a "not guilty" verdict on the three white police officers who inadvertently killed the wrong black man, Sean Bell, in a police sting at a local raucous night club.
NAACP and all the coloreds are all up in arms. Al Sharpton johnny-on-the-spot-as-usual. Crying, yelling, ANF's, ABF's, ABM's, people fallin-out all over the place, hoopin' & hollerin', all claiming to be victim's who've been wronged.
A perfect micro-sample of the spice of life we will get either for weeks after an Obama defeat, or for 4 years if Obama is elected.
Uhm…maybe because he said he never heard of this before. You may not have a problem passing your splooge to anyone who asks, but some people do. Also, $254 a month seems pretty cheap–this smells fishy.

$254 bucks a month? What? That doesn't sound correct–CA generally bases child support on the relative income of the two parties and the amount of time each has custody of the child (which is 0 for Tucker). Is Chris Tucker that broke ass?

If the child support is too low then people complain the guy is a deadbeat for not paying more when everyone knows that he makes millions. If the guy is paying a huge amount in child support then the baby mama is nothin but a gold digger. So what is the correct amount????? Matt Leinert pays 15,000 a month and baby mama is said to be a gold digger but 15,000 is a very small percentage about 4-5% of what Leinert receives in salary.

Wow. My husband pays almost $600/mo. and we have 3 other children. He makes about $18 an hour. Can anyone say "screwjob"?? We have been trying to get it modified for almost a year but the red tape is heavy.

This is another reason why I'm glad black males are starting to go towards white females and other races. Better they drag down another race than me. It's sad to say, but most are either in jail, uneducated, or on the down low. Black women take note. We are progressing in education and careers at a far higher rate than black males. Re: Cecily – Cecily, if you ignore orders to submit to paternity testing the state can default judgment your butt. Meaning, don't show up and you get deemed the dad by default. Some men do this on purpose so that they get the state mandanted support based on their age (a tiny sum) rather than the amount based on their income (which in this case would be substantial). By getting a default judgment, he gets to pay less as he's never had to submit financial documents.
