In regards to the much talked about salary dispute she responds, "I never expected to be paid what Sarah (Sarah Jessica Parker) was being paid. But I felt that the offer was not worthy of what the three of us had contributed. And I spoke up about it. I feel like I stuck my neck out. I fought. I don't ever want to be on a set where I feel undervalued."
Feisty! Good for her for getting her fair share.
If there was ever to be a smack down between SJP and Kim Cattrall our money would totally be on KC. For sure!

Good for her! It's hard for an audience to realize that actors are people and the audience shouldn't expect the girls of SITC to be best friends as they are in the show. They are co-workers that probably get along well-enough. If you become friends with co-workers, great; but it's not in anyone's job description to do so.

I think carrie is annoying. I have met SPJ she is nice, but she takes way too long to say one fucking phrase. It is like she has to really think about something before she says it, kinda like her character! Samatha and the other girls make the show just as interesting, if not for them there would be no show!
Plus Kim's a LEO, she knows how to fight and not dirty! I think she is the greatest!

OMG! Finally a voice of reason. I was telling my boyfriend for YEARS that Kim Catrell should get paid just as much as Jessica Sarah. Geez, ppl are called bitches for demanding their rightful share! Bottom line, the Golden Girl formula CANNOT be broken. If any character walks out, the show/movie is over!!! Based on that factor along, they all should get the same or comparable pay
Samantha rocks! SJP should realize that it is an ensemble cast, and without Kim and the girls, Carrie comes across as a whiny little shrew, "Waah! I can't find a man. Waah! Nobody loves me!"

Seriously, I love that show and SJP is NOT the main reason I watched it. That show would be nothing without all the other main characters, and they should all get paid their fair share! KC is AMAZING!!!! You go girl!
Good for her fo holding out for what she was really worth. Samantha was the only consistently funny and interesting character on the show, and it takes some unique talent to take on that role.
Kim is awesome, but wouldn't Cynhtia Nixon have made more sense as an Advocate cover girl?
