According to UK media reports, it appears that Amy Winehouse arrived to her 'voluntary' police questioning on Friday completely fucked up on something.
So sad.
Wino spent Friday night in police custody after she was arrested for suspected assault before being deemed "unfit to be interviewed" by a doctor at the police station.
Officers had to wait at least four hours before they could question Amy.
We hope they drug tested her too!
Send her to jail!
She left the station on Saturday and received a formal police caution for assault.
A statement released by Winehouse's mouth piece said the singer "admitted to a common assault by slapping a man with an open hand and accepted a caution" and that "Amy was fully cooperative with inquiries and apologized for the incident."
It's also emerged that despite her impending police interview, Amy spent Thursday night partying following a visit from her legal team. She was escorted out of the Made in Brazil bar in the Camden area of London later that evening because she was supposedly caught taking drugs in the restroom. After she returned home, enablers friends including actress Sadie Frost arrived at Wino's flat at 2am to continue the party.

Wino's Dad is said to be considering mounting another drastic intervention (with the help of Amy's older, loyal friends and her record label) to get the troubled Grammy award winner back into rehab.
She'll probably end up dead first!

It's no big surprise that she went to the police station high as a kite especially when she was drugging it up all night. Police should have checked that lice nest on her head for crack and a pipe because she was probably getting high in the jail. She's wasting away in front of our eyes and on a collision with the morgue. They just gave her a slap on the wrist so she can be out tonight and start slapping people and calling them dick heads as if she is no different.

rehab is the new "chic" thing to do. everyone (especially prez) is bitching, screaming, yelling for this one and that one to go into rehab, rehabilitation DOES NOT work unless the person is willing to make a change. if they choose to do drugs why is your business? your addiction is food, by the measure of your girth and we aren't preaching for your fat ass to go to food rehab.

Being "unfit to be interviewed" could mean she was high, but it could also, under UK law, mean she was drunk (perfectly legal, but an equally stupid state in which to turn up to a police interview) or mentally unwell, which, according to popular rumour, might not be that far off the mark.

Its extremly hard and rare to come back from an addiction to the types of hard drugs she's on. only 3% of addicts ever recover, 2% use till they die of natural causes and the opther 95% DIE an EARLY death because of the drugs they used. She needs some type of court ordered 1 year minimum lock up style rehab facility. a few months in rehab wont do shit.
