Go Perez! I joined a gym six months ago-I feel so much better and healthier! When I first started I wanted to die-now it's completely part of my routine! I've lost 25 lbs and I actually bought a bathing suit I love! You can do it!

Totally thought your face looked slimmer. Congrats on getting healthy. It is a journey but one that you have to be willing to continue for the rest of your life. It is a lifestyle, NOT a diet. My story - rejoined Weight Watchers on 1/5 and have lost 27 lbs to date. I know need to be consistent with working out. My tipping point - see 200 on the scale. I have never seen that number. I was disgusted with myself. I put it on so now I work to take it off. It is a very rewarding journey though. I am committed to staying with WW this time. It works and I know it - I lost 43 lbs about 6 years ago. I was in the best shape since high school.

My weight lose journey is the one thing in my life I can control. It is so awesome to accomplish what you set out to do. It is something that no one else can do for you. You can go to a trainer and have someone cook for you (if you can afford a chef) but the work comes from you.

I've been visiting this website ever since it was a lil' baby and wow has everything changed! It's for the better though!!
