The poses at the photo shoot was staged by the photographer not miley and her dad. They are told what to do, where to do it, and how to do it and I think the shot of miley and her father is fine. The naked phote of miley was taken after her parents left the set. They left 15 minutes before the shoot ended leaving her in the care of 3 other people ( one being her grandmother, who should have stopped that photo from being taken). If Annie thought it was so artistic why didn't she try to take it when the parents were there. Everyone think Annie is such a great photographer that you just can't say know. But she should take most of the blame for even suggesting this shot for a 15 year old.

From what I have seen and read her parents left 10 mins before the shoot was up. When they left she was in a flesh colored tank and that is what she was suppose to be photographed in. Annie or someone talked her into removing the tank and just doing the shot in a sheet. Yes her grandmother was with her but Miley at 15 thought the shot would be done in good taste. I am a mother and personally I see nothing wrong with the shot. If she were in a backless sun dress whe would see the same amount of flesh.
