I don't think it's fair to call her slutty. I don't get it that everyone is saying SHE made this mistake. Her mother is her manager and she has a dad who supposedly has her interest at heart. Where were THEY? This photo shoot didn't happen because Miley set it up. Those people who are suppose to do what's best for her did.
