Country superstar Kenny Chesney received the go-ahead from docs on Monday to continue his Poets & Pirates tour after injuring his foot during a concert in Columbia, S.C. Saturday night.
We're still in awe that despite being in pain from the injury, Chesney continued to perform for her adoring fans!
According to a rep, Chesney was checked out by a sports medicine/orthopedic doctor from the Tennessee Titan's football team in Nashville, who said the singer could perform but needs to take it easy.
Wonder if Chesney is sticking with the lift to make his grand entrance???
We don't want it to injure him again! At least not until there's better footage of it!

I just want to say that Kenny is one of the best country artist of all time and if you ever went to his concerts you would know exactly what I mean. He is devoted to his fans and the music he makes. And just one other little thing what is up with comment #17 is that supposed to be a joke or am I missing something here. Who approves these things? and i'm sorry he broke his foot and what not, but i live less than a mile from the stadium where it happened and not only did i have to drive through the drunken mess of kenny-gate III to go to work, but the mass of drunkards trying to cross infront of me while i was driving home from work was worse than a carolina football game.
on my way to work the next day, they were still cleaning up the area, and it reeked of beer and puke worse than football games. thats sayin something.

I attended the Kenny Chesney concert in Columbia on Saturday and despite him breaking his foot he put on an awsome concert. Not many performers would continue the show. As for comment 17 I feel that it is rude and uncalled for. Just remember that Karmas a B!!

sweetie, you obviously don't know what it means to sell out the williams brice stadium. that stadium holds 85000, and seats 80,000 if you count concessions and the ramps.
the cola, sc show only had 50,000 fans show up. and thats counting the seating on the field, lower deck, and upper deck.
that show didn't come close to selling out even with upper deck tickets at $15!
Re: palmettogirl – Duhhh one side of the the stadium was blocked off because of the stage. So yes it could have sold more tickets if it were open. Those seats were packed and if it was not totally sold out then it was darn near close.
