Tricia Walsh Smith, the 'scorned socialite' who made those nutso YouTube videos, can't use the Park Avenue apartment she shared with her soon to be ex-husband (Philip Smith – one of the most powerful guys on Broadway and London's West End) for any of her future attack videos.

The judge granted Philip Smith's request that his soon to be ex-wife stop taking film crews into the apartment, after his attorney noted that Walsh Smith gave a tour of the home in her first video two weeks ago.

The attorney complained, "She had a film crew in the apartment. She showed family pictures, his daughter."

The attorney also pointed out that Philip Smith purchased the Park Ave. digs before he married Walsh Smith and according to the terms of the reportedly iron clad pre-nup, she should be completely outta there.

Wonder where Tricia plans to tape her next round of craziness?
