    How is this idiot still legally driving? W/ 4 DUI's she should have had her driver's license taken away permanently by this point. Not only could she have killed her child, but other innocent people. I am 24 and have several friends who have DUI's and they rightfully had their licenses suspended or revoked. While this wouldn't necessarily mean that she wouldn't drive, at least she would be more likely to be thrown in jail, where she belongs, if she keeps getting caught. The fact that this woman still has a driver's license is a travesty of the justice system.
