Poor ticket sales are exactly why most concerts are canceled. They didn't sell enough to pay all the people working at the venue along with all of the road crew necessary to set up the show, as well as the band and security. If there's no show, they don't have to get paid = canceled show.

I was there tonight working at The Honda Center in Anaheim for Avril's show. She is so lame that she didn't even let the band that was OPENING for her know that she was going to cancel! They were in the middle of their sound-check when notified. What a loser!!! There were 12 year old girls waiting in line for two hours already when they got booted out!

i went to the anaheim show tonite..i was in the arena during the sound checks with the opening act..show was to start at 730 and by 645 everyone outside was getting ancy bc they where not allowed in. what really sucked was that there were so many little kids there that were sooo excited to see her! one little girl had her family and like 10 girlfriends with her..they had rented a suite and brought a birthday cake to the show, and in the end 45 minutes before the show was to start, it was canceled due to laryngitis. i have a new found hatred for her, shes pathetic! im over here..she needs to go back to canada..no offense..
