A "legal loophole" has come to her rescue!
According to reports, London police probably won't hit the hocialite up with drug charges because they can't prove what exactly it is that Peaches bought in the now infamous video.
Cokate Moss escaped charges two years ago after she was filmed snorting a substance because police could not prove it was drugs. The failure to prosecute her was condemned by politicians and anti-drug campaigners.
We're expecting those same figures to rant and rave about Peaches escaping punishment soon.
Meanwhile, her dad, Bob Geldof, has remained shockingly quiet on his daughter's drug shame!

What is sick is that despicable man has custody of Michael Hutchence's daughter, Tiger Lily, and is trying to adopt her and change her name. That's not a legal loophole. it's common sense and part of the basis of the rules of evidence. You've got to prove beyone a reasonable doubt. With no field or lab testing to definitively say what she was buying, of course they don't have a case.
It's not a loophole idiot it's a lack of evidence/proof.
Yet another example of how the wealthy and powerful can afford to worm their way around legal troubles while we ordinary people always get the shaft. Legalize drugs and increase jail time for DUI, purchasing for minors, etc. and lets get on with our lives.
