      Has anyone else ever noticed that Katie is always always always in super high heels no matter what she is doing. I think it must be in their pre-nup that she has to wear them - since Nicole made comments after her split with Tom about being able to wear heels again. I feel bad for Katie's poor feet, I bet they long for a comfy pair of Keds to run around in.
