Angelina Jolie Announces That Her Next Movie Will Be...
Maleficent!
At least, we think it is! Almost positive, actually!
Angelina Jolie was at the Berlin International Film Festival today, where she is screening her directorial debut, In The Land Of Blood and Honey out of competition, when she announced that the long-rumored project was next up for her - even though she didn't specifically call it by name!
She explains:
"I haven't acted in two years, and I haven't done anything else since this . The next thing I am looking at is a Disney movie. The best thing to find that balance is to do something that is just for children. You know, you find different ways to make things matter. When, for example, you do fun action movies, they are empowering for my daughters."
And since we've gotten word that the Luc Besson movie she had been eyeing seems to have stalled, and Maleficent recently got Robert Stromberg as a director, we think it's safe to say that the Linda Woolverton-written adaptation of the classic fairy tale is definitely where we'll see her next!

Yes! I am so sick of Idol. They pimp out their contestants–same rude comments year after year. Paula is the only reason I even care to watch the clips.
The last 2 seasons sucked. They need to get more talented singers and get rid of Paula Abdul. I loved the season with Elliot Yamin, Chris Daughtry, Kelly Pickler. The last 2 seasons have had crappy singers with no personality.

YES! I've been a devoted fan for the past 6 seasons, but this season the show has just become a joke. No one wants to watch Ryan Seacrest attempt to be funny by dancing and doing stupid things for an hour. No one wants to watch him and Simon constantly bicker. No one wants to watch Paula stumble through anymore. The themes are TERRIBLE…performance nights have become a way for artists to hawk their new CDs…I mean honestly…the songs of Mariah Carey and Neil Diamond? Please. What happened to the days when contestants were tested in a battery of legitimate musical genres? And what's the deal with results shows? Droning on…and on…and on…for an hour to wait until the last 5 minutes of the show? Don't get me wrong, I always enjoy the group number and Ford commercials, but having people phone in to ask the most idiotic questions I've ever heard? Give me a break. No, I decided last week after Brooke got voted off that I would no longer be watching Idol. It's become a popularity contest and a sideshow and I really don't associate it with musical talent any longer.

I have pretty much been over it since last year. I think they should allow the show to rest for a couple of years…let it breathe instead of cash-cowin' it up like they have been doing it year, after year, after year…after year.
HELL YEAH. Thank god for the DVR, I usually fast forward everything and just watch the judge's comments. We all know the show is rigged, so they should've kept danny noriega, but SOME PEOPLE WEREN'T LIKIN' IT.
they need to step up their music secletions tho,, I like Neil Diamond and Mariah etc,, but there is so much music to choose from, i really felt like the did limit them and that part I didnt care for, but hey,, its till good entertianment and where else do u get that on tv now ?? There just isnt the music and variety shows like there used to be and I miss that!

The contestants are beyond BORING this year!! And Ryan Seacrest is a fucking fag (no offense to the gays!) and really needs to realize that insulting Simon, and never letting him speak got old after season 2. So, they just need to do a better job next time with their contestants, and their lack of personality.
Not really, and even though ratings dropped it is still the number one and two show ever week so why would they cancel it? They are still raking in the big bucks.

Totally! I was a devoted IDOL viewer up until this season, which I had determined not to watch after last season. First of all, I got so sick of the three hour IDOL SPECIALS and the bullshit charity shows. The American People are the ones who need the CHARITY after Bush in the White House for EIGHT YEARS. And of course by watching IDOL I'd be benefitting FOX, and after what that pasty faced turd JOHN GIBSON said when darling HEATH LEDGER died I have banned FOX NEWS OR THE FOX NETWORK from my HOUSEHOLD.
I am not in the sought-after "young" demographic, but I haven't watched this show one single time in the last four years. It is too campy and Paula is a stoned idiot, Simon is a prick and Randy is tired and trite, "dawg".

Completly agree with Rachel, the themes are HORRIBLE! These kids are in their teens and 20's….Neil Diamond and Andrew Lloyd Webber songs, who the f*%# wants to hear that!! The show should totally be revamped, if not, cancel it!! So you think you can dance is a WAYYYY better show, ready for it to start!!

There is not really a good outstanding singer in any of the AI… I found most of the contestant to be average, the judges boring with the same predictable answers ( Simon , the mean guy, Randy "the maybe I don't know dog " guy, Paula the stupid one of the three)

YES! If it continues it's time for a complete makeover. The music genres should reflect the type of music the winner will be creating. The results show cut to half hour. And for the charity event drop it it just sucks.

I only started watching Idol this past season (I'm 19! Haha.) because of Jason Castro, who I love. After seeing how obvious it is that the producers are pulling all the strings, not the American public, I won't be watching another season.
I don't feel it's fair to the very talented contestants that the producers are clearly overriding the votes of the public for their own masterplan. Sad.
