Madonna's latest album, Hard Candy, had a great debut this week on the Canadian album charts.
According to the Nielsen SoundScan data, her Madgesty's single album reached the number one sales spot, selling over 58,000 records.
That's almost TRIPLE what Mariah's E=MC2 debuted to in Canada a few weeks ago.
Maybe if Mimi announces that she's pregnant, that will help her sales???

Still, the place on the planet to have a number #1 record is in the USA, and she hasn't done that in years.
