      Mr. Downey Jr., whatever his past troubles has always carried himself in a manner that is opposite of someone calling paps for photo ops. The man has a charisma about him where he doesn't need to to do anything other than be himself and that is why people want to get his pic and be near him.

      Ur- um yeah…Robert Downey Jr. called up the papps to take photos….PEREX PLEASE! He's the LAST person who would NEED to something for publicity. He's had enough negative exposure to last him a lifetime. Even when he wsa strung out he was one of the best actors around. His return to acting and getting his life together is nothing short of a miracle. He says martial arts is part of his recovery- he's keeping busy in a postive way.
      Maybe if he were more like THE GREAT PEREZ (UFGL) he'd get more love for the progress he's made.

      I love Robert Downey Jr. He is a wonderful actor and amazingly beautiful singer. I think it's a lil fishy that he named his son after the place where he used to get his drugs from. I AM from Indio and was 2 door down for RDJ when he got busted @ Merv Griffin's Givenchy Spa b4 it was Le Parker Meridian. Still love him to death!

      I am so happy for Robert Downey. He seems like a really good person, and it is great he is back on the big screen finding major success. He has gotten himself sober and on the straight and narrow, which is not easy to do. At the age of only 37, I got cirrhosis from drinking and had to have a liver transplant. Yes, it can happen to someone that young. Young people, stay far away from drinking, except in extreme moderation. And definitely don't use drugs, even prescription (unless it is absoluely necessary). There are prescription drugs out there that will reek almost as much havock on your liver as heavey drinking.

AND it probably isnt the first time he has done is martial arts in his drive way…maybe the paparazzi just want to know what he does because of his success. and just because he is a celebrity it doesnt mean he isnt allowed to be in his drive way doing his martial arts. he doesnt have to change because they want to take pictures of him now.
